meet the staff: jon

Hi there, I'm Jon, founder and owner of Cork & Bottle. I love wine and after working for several years on "the dark side" of the wine business, in 2002 I started Cork & Bottle as a way to make wine easy, accessible and hassle free....and it worked. Getting the chance to put great bottles of wine in the hands of people that love them is a reward like you can't imagine. What do I like to drink? Well, when I'm not putting up with Jose I'm usually drinking a bottle of wine from the Rhone valley or the South of France, a white Burgundy, the occasional everyday Piedmont wine or a bottle of Prosecco (but only on days that end in "y") - that is if the Full Sail IPA isn't cold yet. The beauty of wine is that it is ever changing, ever evolving and just when you think you have it figured out....the vintage changes. Anyway, I'd love to see you soon, so come on out and lets pop a cork. Cheers!
